This weekend it’s Valentine’s Day – and Sunday is also the felicitous beginning of the year of the Tiger! We didn’t actually know this, but Tingo the Tiger, Bingolore’s friendly mascot, texted us!
‘We all need a small bit of luck at the moment – what with the economy and the weather and all that. The sign of the Tiger my friends’, he added modestly, is associated with money and luck so it would be wise to log on to Bingolore.com!’
The Year of the Tiger is predicted to bring change for everyone. Everything happens quickly and dramatically in a Tiger year – blink and you could miss an important chance of a lifetime! New inventions and techo advances may be in the offing, and it is a year to be active, seizing opportunities and making the most of our personal talents – change and travel will be watchwords and it promises to be an exciting year for everyone.
So – this lore might be Chinese – but our Asian Tiger – Tingo – says ‘all relevant, master’ – so seize the chance and log on to Bingolore.com for Valentine Specials – including a romantic hot air balloon ride to be won all this week as well as a fun night in Room 2 with Cupid as CM on Sunday!
And love, luck, great wins and opportunities for you in the year of the Tiger!

Charity of the Month:
Most children play fair … it’s the world that doesn’t!
Tuesday’s Child is dedicated to bringing hope to the most vulnerable of children, regardless of their nationality, circumstance, gender or beliefs. Their vision is that all children can live and grow to their fullest potential in a world free of injustice, where children can simply be children.
Many children throughout the world live in conditions where their human rights are in breach. Access to fundamentals such as food and water, health and well-being, education, play and leisure, safety and justice is a struggle for many. It is estimated that 200 million children under the age of 5, live in extreme poverty, with little or no hope. The hope is to help at least some of these children.
Tuesday’s Child was born in Bosnia-Herzegovina in October 2006. They first helped children in Mo star, the front line of the former Bosnian-Serbian war and are now fund-raising to support children in 12 countries worldwide as well as at home.
In Great Britain too, children are living in conditions where their human rights are in breach. Bullying, sexual abuse and discrimination are all too common and children with disabilities are often particularly vulnerable. Tuesday’s Child is committed to helping children at home as well as abroad. Most children play fair, it is the world that doesn’t.
Please join us on Monday 15th February from 7-9 pm in Room 2 and help us raise money for this great cause.
